The day grows, the temperature rises and we are longing to spend time out. To enjoy your garden or terraces, you do not have to owe a lot of space. With careful planning, even a few square meters can be converted into an oasis!

In the market, you will find outdoor furniture, which respond to any requirement. They are made of durable materials to be able to stay out all year round. Whatever is intended to be used in an outdoor area, must mainly be durable against the sun and moisture. Woods should be well-dried and impregnated with fungicides and insecticides. For the balcony, prefer stylish furniture, which does not catch a lot of space or folding, for even more flexibility. When you choose fabrics for garden furniture, remember that small motifs are lost in open spaces and prefer large-pattern covers. Shading systems and pergolas will protect you from the sun but also from indiscreet eyes. You can place a system with electronic sensors on the awnings of the house so that they open and close depending on the weather prevailing.

For the floor, there are a lot of options. You can use marble, natural stone, ceramic tiles, even special treated wood to withstand difficult conditions. In any case, prefer a non-slip material to walk safely even when it is wet.

Suitable luminaires will complete the atmosphere you want to create. For the veranda and garden, the lamps must be waterproof, otherwise, prefer a low voltage so that you do not risk an electric shock even in the event of a leakage. The wiring of lighting in the garden must be within hard steel pipes, so you can dig fearlessly. Pendant luminaires, like decorative pots, must be well secured not to be at risk from the strong air. If you like to illuminate your terrace with candles, never let them burn without supervising them. Be sure also that they are not near flammable materials.

The garden should be harmonized with the surrounding landscape. Prefer, therefore, plants that already thrive in the area. If you like aromatic plants, make sure they are away from the place you sit. Their intense aroma can become annoying.

If your porch is also served as a storage space, it does not need to look like a warehouse. Arrange everything in special wardrobes for the outdoors.
